Overview

    At the age of eight, Ijin Yu lost his parents in a plane crash and became stranded in a  foreign land, forced to become a child mercenary in order to stay alive. He returns home ten years later to be reunited with his family in Korea, where food and shelter are plenty and everything seems peaceful. But Ijin will soon learn that life as a teenager is a whole other feat of survival. With only one year of high school left, Ijin must master new tactics to maneuver his way around the schoolhouse battleground. Can he survive a year of high school? Or rather, will the school be able to survive him?

Dayeon YU

She’s the sister of Ijin YU, the protagonist of this Manhwa. Ijin is very protective of his younger sister. When he discovered that she was being abused and bullied, Ijin thrashed the bullies and utterly destroyed the reputation of the main culprits by anonymously leaking footage to the media. Ijin is very protective about his sister and cherishes her as a proper elder brother.

Secondary  characters

 Grandpa YU

   He’s the grandfather of both Ijin and Dayun. He works hard to support him and his daughter. A truly hard working and generous man. He had been raising his granddaughter since her parents died. Though he has a heart problem, he makes sure that Dayun is always happy.

 Lieutenant Kang Hamchan

(Leads an agency)

After being rescued by Ijin in the first chapter, Kang helped him retire from the battlefield, treating him as his younger brother. He reunited Ijin with his biological family and trained him to properly adjust to civilian life. Even after leaving his care, Ijin maintains contact with his benefactor. It was Kang Hamchan who heavily classified Ijin's background information, to protect him from suspicion.   

Kang's military team also saw Ijin like a younger brother and always have his back.

    

 Heejin Kim
(First year) 

 She’s belongs to first year and also she’s in the same class as Dayun YU. Dayun YU faces a lot of difficulties in school life due to Heejin who bullies her everyday. Dayun is often known as Heejin’s errand girl among her peers for the same reason. Dayun was cute during her mid-school which attracted a lot of attention towards her especially the boys. Once it so happened that the guy Heejin had a crush on unfortunately likes Dayun YU which enraged her. That’s how she started bullying Dayun YU. 

She’s the core reason for the core reason for the fight between Ijin YU and Kim Kisoo. This finally made everyone know the potential and capability of Ijin in the school as well as outside the school.

 Kim Kisoo
(Third year)

  Popular of being called as the top dog of the Third years, he’s also the son           

  of the principal of  the same high school where our protogonist, his sister,  

  Heejin and many other minor characters. Not to mention he’s also the Elder  

  brother of Heejin.

  This guy is drunk by his self-pride and over confidence. He also a bully like his sister. On the very first fight with Ijin in his own classroom, Kisoo got knocked out with just a single strike of Ijin which shook the entire class.
